Talent acquisition app
Recruiters upload CV PDFs and AI extracts, structures and ranks every candidate.
Recruiters received CVs as unstructured PDFs in every imaginable layout. Each one was read by hand, retyped into a spreadsheet and compared from memory. Screening a single role meant hours of repetitive reading, and good candidates slipped through when time ran out.
We built a pipeline where recruiters drag a stack of PDFs into the app and AI does the reading: extraction agents pull out experience, skills and education, normalise them into one structure, and rank every candidate against the role profile.
Everything lands in a reviewable queue — the recruiter stays in control, but starts from a sorted shortlist instead of a pile.
Screening a CV went from roughly four minutes of manual work to twenty seconds of review. Every candidate is captured in the same structure, so comparisons are fair and nothing depends on who read the CV.
